Hartford Superior Court Appoints Attorney Woodard as Trustee to assist Clients of Suspended Attorney

January 11, 2012 – Attorney Woodard was recently appointed as trustee for former clients of suspended attorney, Francis Miniter by a judge in the Hartford Superior Court. Mr. Miniter was suspended from the practice of a law by the court for a period of seven years due to a number of ethical violations. His files have been turned over to Attorney Woodard as the appointed trustee in order to ensure to that his clients’ substantive rights in pending cases are not affected.
