 Karolina A. Dowd was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2003. She is a graduate of Georgetown University, Cum Laude, and the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Dowd is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
During law school, Ms. Dowd served as a clerk for the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization at Yale Law School representing individuals with disabilities. Prior to joining Moukawsher and Walsh, LLC, Ms. Dowd served as a law clerk for the firm of Moots, Pelegrini, Mannion, Martindale & Dratch, P.C. where she assisted in criminal defense matters.
