If we are asked to look into a matter involving medical malpractice, we are required by Connecticut law to have the case analyzed by a physician or specialist before actually filing a lawsuit. Pursuing these cases can be very expensive. However, as with most cases involving personal injuries, all costs are paid by us and are only charged to the client if we succeed in recovering a favorable settlement or judgment.
